Dear Shareholders,
We value your support with our company and wanted to give you our current update. Following up on our initial company announcement of February 28, 2014 and the releases of April 4,2014 and May12, 2014, respectively, we will be in the process of distributing shareholders' certificates.
We have had to verify beneficiary names and email addresses due to an extraordinary amount of insufficient data. March 13, 2014, we requested all eligible shareholders confirm their details via email. If you have not done so, please send us your updated data via email to ir@pvefl.com, as follows:-

2. Stock main beneficiary name (s) and number of common shares at the cut off date ( including Class CS1 certificate number and date issued)
This process is mandatory for all eligible shareholders at this time and is required to ensure proper delivery of your certificate (s) for those of you who have not received your certificate (s) as well as those who already received certificate(s). This is to validate accuracy and eligibility, updating official records. Remember, changes and updated information will only be accepted by email, please do not call our offices requesting official records be changed or updated over the telephone, we must receive written notification.
The deadline for receiving updated information is November 15, 2014 @ ir@pevfl.com only. Please put in the subject, STOCK CERTIFICATE(S). This is the company's final attempt to verify beneficiaries will receive prompt delivery and eligibility. An official announcement will be following after this process.
