The financials are a look at the past. They don't show much since the sales Momo got going. The problem that I see is ... Do they have enough cash flow from sales to support the overhead? They have a large debt and have been issuing share to service it. The dilution has lowered the share price and the have got to the point where it is so low it won't work anymore. They need to pick up sales but it cost money to do it. In Between the proverbial rock and a hard place. It's going to be a tight rope walk going forward. I hate to say it but if it doesn't work out bankruptcy is a possibility. They admit that in note 3.
