I disagree. The connection is that both are scams

I disagree. The connection is that both are scams and while the one has already been halted the other is only a short period away from that. The reason is because shareholders have a right to send in an SEC whistle blower's report.

Please explain how that is not related, shareholders are sick of scam shell companies.....
