Frac posting MISINFORMATION AGAIN.

1) "Have they caught all the new defendant's yet"?
2) "And if their case gets thrown out on 11/25, they they are left as the ONLY defendants, a likely scenario." (EOM)
So I post back to frac that his post can work both ways & my post gets deleted.
