For the record I have already filed a SEC whistle

For the record I have already filed a SEC whistle blower complaint against Rick Wilson for the horse crap he pulled on many investors in several stocks. I believe several other investors have done the same as me. My concern with my filing this complaint is how it will affect my investment. Cash brings up a good point about IVAP. Many of us filed whistleblower reports on that company itself, not a washed up promoter (Rick Wilson), and it ended up getting suspended, so the danger is real. Part of me wants to try blowing the lid off this company and part of me wants to get out of this investment with some of my capital, or possibly all of my capital. To be honest I have no idea how this is going to go but I definitely do not want it to end up like IVAP which truly ended up as a real tax loss.

Obviously some sort of oil deal here coupled with audited financials of a new OIL company would be a game changer here, but so far there is no indication of any oil deals closed or even closing.

I am not sure what to do however if the situation is not improved by December 25th, I am selling a bunch and taking a tax loss. So basically the window for them to produce is roughly 2 months from now before many will utilize tax losses to offset their Q1 capital gains from other stock trades.
