imho ! 1. Marani brands inc company are very busy with a growing business 2. yr end fins , hopefully because of extra moneys in sales and new contracts close to qt.end , additional time needed to include all $$$$$ moneys . IN general on a extention the extra time is usually 30 days , times before on a pink , have seen FINS on extention usually go out 14 to 30 days after ext. date . 3. written PRs , Money TV , CEO Live tv ,NY bill board commercial advertisement ,tour bus advertisement,new added state licenses , etc . business overhead for a growing company all COST BIG BUCKS !! a great potential PINK with real qaulity product in retail stores and more spirit brands to come near future! now many of us investors have seen many 1000s of pinky stinkys and OTCs that over dilute with NADA to show for it ! Marani increased shares for bigger advertisement and possible multi millionaire shark NEW partnership ! IMHO ! I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH BELGIUM on this matter !!
