My reaction ahead of said *events*:
3rd Q filed - meh
national co. id'd - meh
first prox sold - meh
AGM date filed - meh
BoD candidates seated - depends on the makeup
AGM held - meh
Mgmt changed out - depends on the makeup
second prox sold - won't happen for two years and only if the results of the first sale are solid
Cash Div Allocated for *accountability* - never happen
and PPS *reset* upward pre uplisting out of said OTC cesspool - no reset, only normal buying if the company is able to demonstrate that a viable future exists. The heady days are over. The reality will be slow sales, even with a marginally marketable product which is the most we can hope for. Don't believe me? Read the filings.
OK, maybe one more pump in this one if they show that they are not completely dead.
