I with you channel trader, average investors do no

I with you channel trader, average investors do not seem to be playing by the same rules as others. Just once I wish the CEO of company's would like to see the shareholders share in some success , and be rewarded for the risk we investors take with some of these company's. Difficult to believe it takes this long to get the iPo and announce it. WTF is going on?
