Yes, they are concerned about that, taxes, land values, and it being an eye sore. At the end of the day, with all due respect to them, it is a non issue, and will prove out that way.
So, I am assuming your reference was to the towns folks and not the shareholders there. In that case, they still deserve to voice the concerns they have and fill out an application for a job, and even perhaps get their kids off of the couch and let em go to work.
I am much more concerned about our future and what will be given to the shareholders that will be asking the more important questions there. GLTA
