Team FITX, I just got off the phone with Bill the IR guy. I asked him a few questions about the "leaked" pre-inspection report with regards to the deficiencies that were noted in the report. He said to his knowledge, FITX has already addressed all issues/discrepancies and were waiting for HC to respond. I told him, I was not worried about the Filtration screens or the camera frame rate tweaks because those were easy kills. I conveyed that I was concerned about the grow PODs. Bill told me that as far as he knew all issues (including the grow pods were addressed). He was not sure if HC would need to physically return to the site to verify the grow pod compliance, but he did say they were patiently awaiting HC's reply. I also asked him if there was any news/update on the RXNB merger and the Ukraine deal. He would not divulge anything to me, but said there is news that has not been publically released yet. He strongly alluded to the fact that the Open House tomorrow would have a LOT of information and updates for shareholders. I said "really" I thought the main purpose of the open house was to address the local community and put their mind at ease about the safety, security, and benefits of the company operating in their town. He said, they expect many shareholders to be in attendance as well so they will likely ask questions about the merger and the Ukraine deal. Hint, Hint...I'm hoping we have plenty of shareholder representation at this meeting because that's our venue to get a lot of these questions answered. Perhaps we should get another thread going with some good shareholder questions to bring up during the meeting (Bill has used a public forum to answer shareholder specific questions in the past).
