Easy there pumper. You don't have to be a surveyor to realize that the building is less than 30 meters FROM THE ROAD. Property lines are typically setback 5 meters from the shoulder of the road. They keep saying that there is no zoning issues, I have yet to see an official document stating that the property at 35 North Rear Rd. is grandfathered from the new proposed by-laws. Until you show me that your zoning argument is invalid. I've been a shareholder for nearly a year with a large position in this company, trust me I want to see this succeed, but I'm not naive.
