i lived and worked in Bellevue a few years ago. Its a suburb of Seattle and turned into its own major city. It is very high end area and wealthy. I worked at Micosoft in a high rise skyscraper there that was built on top of purse stores. Jimmy Choo and Nieman Marcus which are very high end. Most of the area is populated by tech professonals and surrounded by other adjoining suburbs. kirkwood and Redmond less than 5 miles away which is the home of Seattle Facebook and Google and Microsoft HQ.
I am not familair with the venues themselves, but Bellevue has the best mall in Seattle area. It has a sprawling residental housing area which goes to the west and in general is very desirable except for traffic issues.
I ate downtown Bellevue a few times and the restaurants are along the downtown area. So, think of new money and new bars and restaurants in row. The club might be next to the mall which is in city centre and think upscale urban with new corporate office buildings and condos
