(OTC Pinksheets: ACYD) announced today that it is exploring the logistics to become a holding company with diversified divisions that can create significant revenues and EBITDA thru its initial acquisitions and anticipated organic growth. The Company has started to deliver equity in anticipation of the financing required for anticipated acquisitions and the necessary inducements for an expanded management team.
