This was not a buy back, those are coming. That was not debt repayment, that is coming. Just a nice huge drop in Authorized shares as promised. More to come. All current Information on OTC.

What a day, I think Finra thing was crazy but we are back up.
So to the questions.....
Are the gold transactions still on schedule?
Gold will be sold every week until October 31st, then the monies will be put towards bills, debt buyback and share buyback.
What did the lawyers report concerning the transactions-(buy back and debt reduction)? What time frame and amounts? There were approximate dates reported--any specific dates?
Debt Buyback already working on paperwork and should have that done before end of month and the 1 Billion shares will not hit the conversions and that debt will come off the books, the stock buyback will be first Friday of November no later, and Press will come out when completed.
When you buy back shares, that will reduce outstanding shares. Will it also bring down authorized shares. If no then why not? We need to get the authorized shares down as fast as the outstanding shares. Otherwise investors just see dilution on the horizon with the numbers the way they are. Is it in your plans to reduce both?
When we buy back shares that will reduce the Float only, authorized shares have to be brought down on its own, the plan is to lower the authorized to 5 billion by march 31st 2015 and to at least 7.5 Billion by December and the Float to 5 Billion, and my plan is yes to get both down.
Is your next step on the OTC to go from the pinks to the BB? What kind of vague timeline do you see with that?
To get to BB we have allot of work to do, let me focus on the open items now and getting the stock up then we can discuss that, but if I can get to what I want by March that shouldn't be a hard move .
Do you see a market crash with rising gold prices helping MNGG weather a storm since you have very little debt as it is?
Gold moves on the dollar, so MNGG will be fine if gold dropped under 1000 a ounce there would be concern, but I don't think that will happen, we will have to wait and see.
Any update on Permit status-Congress?-When possible?
Permits, are in the works, people can say that don't know me and they don't know the company but they will see and I will show all the proof needed, but also don't want any new problems with random phone calls with no proof. So lets say by the end of the month we will have a good picture of what is going to happen.
In the last share structure update, was the 100 million shares for the media company included? When do you expect them to start? When will there 2 year no sell policy start?
I have 2 companies one for 200 million and one for 300 million, one is for awareness and another is a mining small cap group to put new eyes on this one, so they have started and will do a PR release when it is ready to go out.
Is their a particular reason the videos of the mines can not be viewed on YouTube now?
This was a information piece to show that it is real, and now its being used against me and I was encouraged to take it down until we have all of our paperwork in order then I will put it back up.
Will any of the buy backs, new PR firm, Debt payments get any press for new investors to see what is going on?
Every move that is done, A PR will be done, I always try to keep everyone in the loop.
