Interesting reason for late filing, "There was not enough time to get them prepared and filed because of foreign currency conversion and settlement". That sounds like it could be a very good reason for the late filing. Looks like we find out on 10/21 the Q1 filings, hope the revenue numbers blow our minds!!!!!!!
