Hi Gabe. That is Matt Berg;s theory.. that she is dragging down the PPS on purpose to load up ort let her family get in.. then will pump it back up. What does he know.. he is wrong 90%+ of the time. I dont follow him. Have a good weekend.. heading to a free concert on Fountain square cincy with friends.
