GNCP - I agree with that somewhat. But I also know that the parties targeting GNCP are leaving quite the paper trail.
It is interesting to note how many of the parties involved work for an internet service provider. I won't name names, but the recently bought NBC Universal. What is important about this revelation? Not hard to figure that IP addresses are assigned by content providers. It also allows those parties to track and hack anyone that opposes them.
