Re: Mr Canuck #39466
Mr. Canuck, please do not misunderstand...Bill can sell shares any time he wishes. I understand. We (essentially) are not really producing anything yet. And yet the staff, BOD, utilities, and so on, have to be compensated as they have bills to pay as well. No probs. here.

My observation, though had to do with timing and HC. First, Maybe they'll get licensure tomorrow, and I'll be elated, and might sell some to pay my bills. Logically tho, my point was if BC thot Lic. was immanent, he'd hold off and get the best bang for the buck. I don't think he's selling shares, at least more than he has to, as he indeed has 90 days to sell, if he wishes, at his discretion.

Second, also of HC secretly telling a hostile third party(I still believe they are a hostile third party, contrary to what most people have said after seeing that draft) of their future intentions. Therefore they turned a 180 and prepared to get this draft signed at this next town council meeting giving Cen Bio-tech all of what they want ---I don' think so... I just hate to see folks get their warm fuzzy thots dashed because of the next ruckus meeting. So, I have difficulty believing HC told Lakeshore of their secret future intentions as well as Lakeshore town council sudden change of heart.

Last, and I hang this out for all to comment on: Isn't it true that LAND is zoned, not the BUILDINGS. Therefore buildings 3, 4, as well as 5, and even 6, are automatically grandfathered in. Therefore zoning is not an issue! Now if BUILDINGS are zoned, then we would have some apparent challenges at SITE 1. Lakeshore wants to arrest the erecting of any more buildings, which they cannot do, if I understand this correctly...Help me out.
