As a shareholder I am simply focusing on U.S. operations now. All MOUs, Teaming Agreements, LOIs that involve international components have produced absolutely nothing. I don't believe anything Nielson says anymore until it can be backed up with revenues on a balance sheet.
The "China carrot" carries no weight at all with me. He hasn't proven anything at all internationally. Cerebra is now going it alone for an e-waste facility. So, this is why I simply focus on the U.S. now.
They clearly need new personnel in place that actually understand the e-waste industry and who can secure high level feedstock that will produce net profits in Cincy/Geneva. Anything else being bandied about at this time means absolutely nothing to me.
I do like the new share structure coming out of the r/s though. As a rule of thumb low O/S and low float stocks have very limited shorting and very limited day trading...even though volatility can increase significantly as a result of the lack of shares available.
Let the r/s happen and then see how the company progresses.
