A couple of things have become more clear to me
Post# of 56323
First, it has become very obvious that the Town of Lakeshore counsel has managed to drop the ball, with the requirements of HEALTH CANADA , as well as their own budget, and Cen Bio..
Now, this begs the question : Are they really so out of touch with their own jobs that these things just flew right by them ?
Well, doesn't matter now because things are what they are, but, to me, it proves out that we, FITX, have done nothing wrong. But, also, it ask another question concerning H / C......which is the following.
It would seem to make sense to me that H / C would not want to jump the gun on anything. So, if the town of lakeshore will have the required by-laws in place come Nov. 4th, then they would be in compliance with H / C. That would mean that H / C could avoid future complications simply by waiting on the Counsel to complete the requirement. And, in the meantime, bring up our facility to top quality grade and compliance to set the new standard for all facilities moving forward.
As to the glass pods.....I think that it was smart to try to use a model for them to view first. We are talking about 50 different strains here and one hell of a large investment to make the real ones at full scale. So, we found what they will require, build the full scale up to compliance, and boom, no wasted money for re do's. Getting it right the first time. There is time to do it because of the bi-law thing mentioned above. So, in my view, I see absolutely NOTHING to hold us back from the License to be issued very close to mid November. Definitely, before Thanksgiving. I hope the 17th date will be good, but, I kind of doubt that, given the above.
Of course this is just all my speculative opinion considering the course of events taken place, and consideration of timelines.
Have fun today and enjoy those you love and who love you.
