"John" DOE Corporation is a placeholder for a successor in interest to Interated Systems Inc.
Plaintiffs are in the process of identfying this entity.Yeah team!!.
Hurd and Elton are listed as inventors to patent #8351509 which has been assigned to Dimension,Inc,and the patent contains disclosure of Plaintiffs trade secrets and proprietary information.
Hurd, Elton and Carlos Diaz Perez, are also listed as inventors on the recently issued patent #8639053,also assigned to Dimension.
Further Hurd,and Elton have had a long contract with TMMI and other parties to this action with their work with ISI.
Discovery is likely to uncover further contracts in Nevada by Hurd and Elton.
Then there's the 1996 contracts,that everyone keeps talking about;The March 1996 contract did not,and it was never intended to,cover the diffrent,sophisticated technology of the March 1993 license Agreement.
The softeware covered in the MARCH 1996 Agreement is entirely distinct,from TMMI's VDK fractal version 1.0 1.4 and VDK fractal 1.5-1.9 licensed software that has the fractal,resolution independant capability.
This should be a fun 11 months to throw out bits and pieces of this case,something solid,with evidence,valid information and not basic hearsay,like we have been getting so far!!.
