QUESTIONS SHAREHOLDERS HAVE FOR JOEL
Are the gold transactions still on schedule?
What did the lawyers report concerning the transactions-(buy back and debt reduction)? What time frame and amounts? There were approximate dates reported--any specific dates?
When you buy back shares, that will reduce outstanding shares. Will it also bring down authorized shares. If no then why not? We need to get the authorized shares down as fast as the outstanding shares. Otherwise investors just see dilution on the horizon with the numbers the way they are. Is it in your plans to reduce both?
Is your next step on the OTC to go from the pinks to the BB? What kind of vague timeline do you see with that?
Do you see a market crash with rising gold prices helping MNGG weather a storm since you have very little debt as it is?
Any update on Permit status-Congress?-When possible?
In the last share structure update, was the 100 million shares for the media company included? When do you expect them to start? When will there 2 year no sell policy start?
Is their a particular reason the videos of the mines can not be viewed on YouTube now?
Will any of the buy backs, new PR firm, Debt payments get any press for new investors to see what is going on?
