I agree with you 100% about that. I will be adding more to the bid tomorrow with you. Now to give you an idea on how the manipulation is taking place. I hit the ask earlier this morning at 0.0004 and they broke up my small order so that 10,000 would be hit at 0.00039 (5 digit trade) to make it appear the stock was completely dumped to 0.0003. The total buy at the ask was for 137,500 shares:
Filled Buy 127500 BCAP Limit 0.0004 10:05:32 10/15/14
Filled Buy 10000 BCAP Limit 0.00039 10:05:33 10/15/14
When you look at the time stamp you can see that either MM or an investor acting like an MM made this buy look like a sell. This has been going on for years in the stock and many need not panic and stack the bid at 0.0003 and eventually we will clear the ask and put a stop to the games being played.
