Mr Canuck, I totally agree. We still do not officially know what happened and why to that supposed letter to HC by Lakeshore. Second, this, as you intimate, could very well be CYA for the town council just in case licensure comes earlier than they wish. Three, I've never heard(tho I'm new to this too), of HC secretly disclosing what they are going to do to a hostile third party. How in the world could they do something like this and expect to get away with it? Fourth, why is BC selling shares now? If we are going to get licensure it seems fair and reasonable to expect him to wait for pps to soar to get most bang for the buck.
Maybe I'm just shell shocked, but I just cannot get myself all warm and fuzzy over a draft like this, esp. where there have been absolutely zero other concrete corroborating factors to support this "new" news. Can any one substantially support what this draft is saying? I'd love to be wrong.
I still think this is going to be a long process which might very well end up in the courts, and being appealed ... from which we win. Unless these id**t politicians are just posturing for the too easily deceived credulous retail voters who wanna grow 'punkins' with a view.
