Looks pretty empty. I don't know when that was taken...I suppose it could have been a weekend. Although I'll note that the security guards which were guarding it are apparently gone.
Either way, it should be up to PTOI to provide transparency as to what's going on and the company, i.e. Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle, are very opaque.
