The Critics keeping harping on the past. Ask yourself WHY?
The past was a series of impossible situations that a lesser man then Malcolm would have given up. Finding and delivering Oil in Tasmania has been a dream Of Malcolm and he has devoted his life to executing his dream. The past is the past and its the future that will see drilling in Tasmania. Nothing will stop him and for this I continue to back him any way I can. I do have shares in EEGC and just how much is really only my business. The criticism of Malcolm is ridiculous and based on little of no knowledge and the effort to destroy Malcolm is on going. To what end? The critics will learn in time and their agenda will fail. The goal is and has always been to drill for oil and deliver commercial grade oil to the public. The law suit in New York will continue at the end of this month. Paul Batista feels confident of a win. people say that a win isn't the end of it because trying to collect any award will be difficult as that end of it will have to be in China because SmartWinn is a shell with no assets but owned by a joint venture of two large Chinese companies. There is another reason to move forward with a win of this lawsuit. Once the win is in place, EEGC can present it to the Minister in Tasmania and show the reason for the conspiracy and why drilling was not accomplished. Money is available to drill and all that will be necessary is a license. Rumor has it that such a win will move the license process forward
