As an attorney i can tell you the ammedment is "all good" for FITX. The only thing this beast needs is HC to issue a MMPR license. I will be attending the open house on Tuesday too provided it is not subject to a last minute cancellation which, in all honesty, would't surprise me. I will post my experience Tuesday evening just after the event for all those interested...
