mngg is filing a S-1 so the next fin will be a 10Q fully reporting,you see the way joel is spreading out the gold sales ,that is so the first form 10Q will show a study revenue stream,also soon there will be no more convertable debt on the books and buybacks will start.Those 3 milestones will begin a study PPS rise .At the EOY mngg will file the documents to be uplisted to otcbb ,it takes 3 - 6 months for that to happen ,during that time the PPS will rise to well over .01 which is a condition to be otcbb ,they may not give you otcbb right away they may watch for awhile and make sure the PPS can stay over .01 ,anyone can ask joel about these things and he will state the same thing.
