Exactly....agricultural, as per HC guidelines. That lawyer knows he has no case to bring litigation. He's stealing money from those who hired him because absolutely nothing will come of it. Your previous post said why would the town send a letter to HC. I believe as the council conveniently all got amnesia together, they were placating the lawyer and a few neighbors by agreeing to send a letter just in case they decide that Hemp and MMJ can only be grown on land zoned industrial. If HC granted the license before that passed, they thought then we'd be grandfathered in. Here's the thing....we already are! Also, as I said, HC wants MMJ in agricultural zones land. The bylaws to be passes on the 4th posted to this page shows they either all got their collective memories back, or they were always full of shit. Bottom line is, the facility is right where it should be, on agricultural zones property. Any way you slice it, the council, the lawyer, and the neighbors all know by now what's going to happen....Cenbiotech is staying where it is, and getting a license.
