Last post before I go back to the sawbones: The reason for the by-law update is because H / C informed all involved that they had to do this in order for the federal laws to be accommodated concerning MMJ and production facilities. Lakeshore dropped the ball, and are now trying to play catch up. That is what Bill was referencing many times. It was not our fault. The new by-laws, if you look at them are exactly what the guidelines for H / C has asked for and is in line with the fed regs. This is a good thing folks. Just hang tough. This IS the government.
