It looks like oil is going to take a dive soon . Small producers will look for ways to cut cost , hence water disposal cost . Also producers will want to sell leases for cheap.
Treaty is not a producer of oil as yet should take advantage of this. Line up funding and be ready, tough times ahead for the patch can be a boon for those who have a plan. Oil will come back
