Sorry, I don't understand your post, what does it all mean...
Seriously, the problem here is that you are simplifying. This is what PTO does, they simplify things...
"The cost of perfecting the technology will eventually become nominal as millions of barrels of fuel will be produced."

It is true that companies perfect technology, with an eye for commercial viability. That is what an R&D group does. They deliberately shun budgets, timelines, deadlines, etc all in the name of "creativity". You have to have them to generate new ideas. I can't stand them myself, but that is just me...
R&D Has nothing to do with producing millions of barrels of oil. Before you produce millions of barrels of oil , you must know that it is profitable. If you don't, you are liable to blow $64 Million dollars.
That is where PTOI is at. And it is YOUR money.
As an aside, it is interesting to note that as far back as the last CC in December '13, JB stated that JBI was a "technology company" and not an operating company. What a joke. I had to laugh when I read that. What he is doing is making the excuse that he was only doing R&D all along. That way, the losses are explainable. That is the way R&D works. Well.. that is not what investors were told. And thinking that the unprofitable, unperfected machines are going to sell for 8 or 9 Million is nothing short of a pipedream. It is a desperate attempt to have at least a plausible storyline to remain a Going Concern. What a joke.
Your post is confusing the two things (R&D and Operations). You are saying that PTO will produce millions of barrels of oil, and somewhere along the way, they will perfect the technology. Not so. Most penny stocks that are not profitable will simply stay that way, or they will morph into something else (JBI ==> PTO) and get more money. Or R/S and keep on trying.
PTO has already spent an incredible amount of money ($64 Million). If they perfect the technology and produce Millions of barrels of oil,,, well we are talking 500 Million? a Billion? Before it is "perfected"??
I am not being obtuse, I am simply seeing your statement for what it is, a ridiculous and dangerous simplification.
