Excellent question Beliceno. In my opinion, the only reason Lonnie wasn't a board member or part of Hollund management was because of all money Hollund owed him (he couldn't pay himself back if all the shares converted were used to pay back his own loans because that would not look very ethical). If Lonnie's loans are now all paid back or cancelled, then Lonnie may now be part of Hollund management. And, since Lonnie owns the TigerLynk, why not make him the CEO?
Food for thought anyway. I said before that I thought Hollund might become a Panamanian company, but it could become a Canadian company just as easily.
