I called the number on the web page and spoke to peter on Friday...I consider that a lucky hit. I was calling about a change of address and wanted them to update my info so that some day I might receive the certs. I didn't get into to much detail as I would rather wait and see what may show up in a PR. However, I did thank him for the ongoing efforts, complemented him on the piece in the paper and asked when we could expect to see tourists on our new island. He said that development is in the planning stages and was not ready to disclose when the first tourist will be on our island.
On the down side, he wasn't able to check the database and adjust my personal information. I recommended calling back when the front office is in on Monday.
