Well let's see. What is making me fearful? I am fearful of the unknown. I am afraid that if I purchase more shares my shares will immediately be diluted. Right now I don't really know the companies cash flow situation. If you or anyone could tell us we could make a rational decision and buy or sell share based on that. Right now any kind of good news is met with an increase in O/S and the price stalls or declines. If this was an occasional occurrence it would be one thing but the companies M/O is on a weekly bases. Unless the companies cash flow picks up to stymie this constant issuance of new shares this could spiral out of control. The issuance at a continuing lower price just exacerbates the price going lower. The constant issuance lends to the opinion that the companies cash flow can't meet it's needs.
So what to do? As an investor I will wait to see what happens for I am stuck. My shares were bought before the massive dilutive onslaught. Would I buy more? I don't think so. Until the company gets cash flow positive and stems the dilution, this baby is a hold.
