we are in no-mans land on the chart. Risky buy or sell here because this could move a lot on any news.. the problem is that the only news the will make it go much higher is license. Though I feel we are very very close to the license announcement.. the probability of the license being granted in the next 3 days isnt very high compared to hitting that .031 bench mark according to the chart.
.04 is now also key. it will probably act as a strong resistance and without some good PR.. it will be hard to break through it.
I am going to try to buy around the .031 range. (hopefully i get that low price before license announcement)
Obviously this is just my opinion but I am more of a chart kinda guy.
