Mike, I can assure you this isn't dilution. Call the TA and ask for a float count. If it's the same as it was before the increase in A/S, we cannot define this as dilution. They're increasing the # shares, but the float is constant. When the private placements begin getting deposited, then we'll see dilution (but I don't believe that'll be for a LONG time).

Also - one of the individuals at HQ told me that management can't just dump their shares. They MUST abide by certain rules that let them sell only a % of their ownership at certain timepoints. They can't throw billions of shares into the float upon certification. And yes, this is a VERY good thing.
