This, and they are already licensed, the town is just trying to find loop holes regarding what defines a barn. Which all this is amazing considering all the video footage of Bill telling them and submitting to them EVERYTHING on what they are doing and the town and mayor behind them and then (election season) they come out barking "ohh, wait, we had NO idea, who are you guys? what are you doing?"
Regardless, we are approved with zoning. Any changes done we get grandfathered in. So changes are for the future, say we build a new site elsewhere or a new company comes in.
