I suspect but cannot prove yet that Kay in addition to being moderator is considered administration. I have timed several deletions and appeals and it would be almost impossible for an independent administrator to read and react as quickly as what has happened here. Perhaps that will be part of discovery when the lawsuit moves forward. Go TEVE!!!
