Honestly, I could argue both sides. I tend to think that simply drying the product for sale isnt value adding. You're not refining the product, like oil. You're drying it, like tobacco.
So the crux of the argue should rest with, does tobacco drying constitute value adding?
I'm not sure why there is an uproar. Let the team do their work here, because arguing about it here doesn't make case law. I agree that thenewalbum should either post examples, or tone it down.
