As every basher on lie-hub will tell you TelVue is dark. You don’t know what they are doing and neither do I. This also means their competition does not know and those who are short zillions of shares don’t know. Let’s see if we can make some educated guess's.
Bashers will tell you Gerry Lenfest will sell the company for pennies just to screw you. Here’s a guy who has spent an adult lifetime polishing his image. Think he might sell just to screw you ?? Gerry does not run TelVue. Gerry no longer funds TelVue. They do not need his money any longer. They do not give him his dividends for his preferred stock in cash. They have the money in escrow.
They pay their bills on time. If they did not they would be bankrupt. They are not bankrupt. Jesse Lerman has always loved to spend money. Did Emmett slow Jesse’s rate of spending enough to show a profit ? Don’t know. My guess is they may come out of the dark and report the next quarter. They are spending the money to audit it and might just as well report it.
No one can stop a basher from taking the share price down. All they need do is sell a few shares at an ever decreasing price. When they have put a company in a cellar-box they can cover if need be very cheaply. They will never be able to cellar-box TelVue Only a few who own TelVue are buying shares of TelVue and that makes shorty happy. What does not make shorty happy is the fact that no one is selling. No volume means no selling.
No matter what you do it does not effect me. Lower prices make it cheaper for me to accumulate more. You want to come along ?? There is time but I do not know how much time. TelVue makes and announcement and you will not have time to buy.
