Here is the problem: MrK has now established a history of saying and doing stupid things, that those of us who have very large stakes in the success of this company do not appreciate or take lightly.
Caliing out the FAA.....and then asking others on the board to do the same..........is absolutely retarded. Think about it: If you are in the middle of an IRS audit, would you want someone calling the IRS and drawing undue attention to your concerns?
Well, when we all came down on him for that absurd idea, he disappeared for a while, only to now return at a very positive time in Baltia's history to make a misleading statement about Baltia THAT HAD NO LOGICAL CONCLUSION.
If he had followed through with his idea of "protecting" your investment from dilution, then his point would have been valid.
However, the way he left his point unanswered and unresolved was equivalent to many of the dawg's statements - when you read them carelessly, you get a negative image of the company.
Even the dawg has backed off recklessly and deceptively bashing Baltia as of late - and did anyone notice that he is no longer a moderator on the Hub?
LOL.......now instead of the dawg, it is "one of our own" who is carelessly and irresponsibly bashing Baltia (by "sounding" like he knows what he is talking about and misleading readers with his loose-ended logic).
If he would follow through with a logical conclusion.....instead of leading readers down a dead-end alley and misleading them with an invalid and illogical conclusion (if there even was a conclusion?), then so be it.
But instead..........we have the loose cannon back, and those of us who have a large part of our lives invested in Baltia feel the need to address that loose cannon and bring it back under wraps.
Hence..........I stick to my statement.
Jab that pen so far into his left eye that he can now write with the back of his head.
At least maybe that way his statements might have more merrit and make more sense........................
