$BKEN Good post from another poster!! Actually that is incorrect due to smart averaging down.
Let me give you an example of one of my family members.
He started with over a million shares at an average of over .03
Did not sell on spike to .095
Then he average down several times at .005 or lower.
More specifically...
1 mil at .005
500k at .0027
1 mil at .0021
1 mil at .0018
Now he has 4.5 mil shares with an average of .007
He will do very well on the announcement of a closed oil deal IMO.
Chart is oversold big time...
No dilution since August confirmed by TA below.
Retail capitulation looks done.
No visible dilution in L2 for many many weeks now.
Restriction on new debt shares are only due in Feb/2015 according to filings.
Last debt shares (August) mostly likely allready in market float.
Company has been very silent lately...
Quiet period ?
Look at the explosion from .001x to .095
Can history repeat itself ? "YES IT CAN" !

I have asked for another update and will post it.
As you can see there has been no float increase since August.
Anyone can email the TA and prove it to themselves.

As you can SEE, the FLOAT has not increased AT ALL since Aug 26th.
