With the stroke of a pen SRGE assets went to MSJ for protection. With the stroke of a pen, they can revert back to SRGE when a JV partner is ready or a buy out occurs, imo.
Maybe they just want to wait it out until all shares are back in the hands of a few company people. They must have a NoBo list handy to know what's out there.
