According to the annual report, it looks like 621 people are holding 18,626,799 of the 20,000,000 series C shares (as of June 30th). My thoughts:
- only 621 people had PVEC common stock in hand and met the distribution qualifications as of the record date. Note that as of June 30th, there are 1,246 shareholders of record holding the common stock.
- each shareholder may have accrued shares in one or more brokerage accounts. Does that mean multiple certs were issued to one individual (one for each account), or only one cert representing all accounts under one shareholder?
In my case, I have two accounts. I received one cert awarding me a number of shares that represents (based on my calculations) 57% of what I should be receiving. I've forwarded that information to Milan for further investigation.
