If FBI is investigating anyone it would be him and his firm he works for as obtaining leaked info about stocks before they were suspended and selling shares they didn't have !!
He even PMed me stating smoke_em was under FBI investigation along with myself and that the FBI was going to be knocking at our door within the month.
