Wolfie it's directed to those who try to blanket the eyes of investors to think and accept a lost of 40-60% in their investment is ok & not allowed to ask questions. Plus misleading some investors without understanding the full SEC Disclosure Laws and Regulations. Some have to watch with SEC conflict material disclosure laws.
