Maybe or maybe not, if the first crop is for the most part PR, then it is possible (this is hypothetical) they could acquire pure indica rooted clones (this plant would flower or bloom much faster than a sativa or sativa indica hybrid). If the hydro method or Cen Bio's method(I am not familiar with) could be ready to harvest in 7 weeks possibly less.
Keep in mind it possible to buy many rooted clones, veg them for 8 days ( the longer you veg the bigger the plant the more yield)
then turn the light timers on 12 hours on 12 hours off, this will immediately start the flowering cycle. The pure indica plant will flower much faster than sativa or hybrid. Pure indica could flower in 42 days if you know what you are doing.
We do not know what their top secret method is so who really knows, there are several ways for PR purposes to knock out a harvest pretty quick to announce a crop.
