I do not believe the building is heated either. The lights (which have to mimic the sun), are so strong that it is not only important that there be very little insulation between the inside and the outside, but also that there is little, if any heating needed. In a thermal picture that building would be really glowing just about white in the dark, in the evacuation of heat from electronics/motors/lights.
