If my thinking is correct, it is one of the things OTC has been saying over and over. Watch the money and who controls it. That would be the MM's. You can do that by watching the CMF and other indicators. Once you understand the action they create, you can then predict, with some accuracy, when you will have good buy opportunity, or sell if that is your choice. Because of the risk they take in manipulation of the pps., if they get caught in the wrong position they can be hurt badly. Say if news of license hits when they don't expect it.
One of the reasons it is good not to broadcast up-coming news events by a company is that you don't give the MM's time to react, before the news. They can and will kill a company and have done so many times before. GLTA
